Well I've entered the Lighten up challenge for a second year in a row. The good news is i was able to keep off the weight I lost last year. Going in to year 2 I have a better knowledge than I did at this time last year. So, I'm hoping this will help me to lose more weight this year. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
