Had a pretty good werk especially late nights. A lot of times I get hungry around 9:30-10:00 at night. This week I've been eating saladas when tbis happens. I'm also am hoping the weather warms up soon, I'm going to start jogging again.
Bob Rupp of Euclid has joined Lighten Up for the second year in a row. He said he's determined to work hard to reach his goals this year.

Almost forgot to do the blog this week. Had a pretty good week, I even did some exercises at home this week. I'm really bad at that, it's sometimes so hard to get off the couch.

Had a bad week because i splurged a little on super bowl sunday. But I am back to being focused. Looking forward to the weekend, I have a lot of running planned. I'm a basketball referee and I have 8 games on Saturday.

Well I've entered the Lighten up challenge for a second year in a row. The good news is i was able to keep off the weight I lost last year. Going in to year 2 I have a better knowledge than I did at this time last year. So, I'm hoping this will help me to lose more weight this year.

I cant believe we have reached the end of this journey. I didnt lose as much weight as i would have liked to, but i still lost weight. I did learn a lot through all of this and it will help me to continue to eat healthier and keep losing weight.
