I cant believe we have reached the end of this journey. I didnt lose as much weight as i would have liked to, but i still lost weight. I did learn a lot through all of this and it will help me to continue to eat healthier and keep losing weight. Thank you Laura Kessel and the news herald for providing me this opportunity. I also want to thank cori at the lake county health district, she helped me a lot and i learned quite a bit from her. Thanks too go to the YMCA and Cabanas restaurant for your support.
