I have an appointment with cory at the lake county health district today. In order to get there I'm getting some exercise because my car is not working. I had to ride my bicycle about 3 1/2 miles and now I'm on a bus. I'll be doing the same process going home so I'll be riding about 7 miles. So its an effort but the silver lining is that all the bike riding is good for the diet. good for my diet. Sent from Yahoo! Mail on Android
