Bob Rupp of Euclid has joined Lighten Up for the second year in a row. He said he's determined to work hard to reach his goals this year.

Took a couple of steps backward the last couple of weeks. The combination of St. Patrick's day, March madness and some birthday celebrations got the better of me. Plus the cold weather made jogging difficult. But the weather and me have taken a positive turn. |
